Founder and Principle Architect- Dhairyasheel Powar
Architect SheelPowarhas been a practicing architect for 17 years, graduated from Shivaji University with the rank and further studied in experimentation and technology from The Royal Danish Academy of Arts, Copenhagen, Denmark and Masters in Urban Design from Domus Academy, Milan, Italy.
From the day of inception of Unitecture Design Solutions in 2009, he has played a pivotal role in the growth and success of the firm. He has been involved in a wide variety of challenging architectural projects like airport, floating restaurant, eco- friendly homes, sustainable villas etc.
Before returning to India, he has worked in the UK, Italy, Denmark for seven years. with PLOT( Denmark), Land( Italy), LSH(UK) and Mott MacDonald(India) before starting his own practice.
His expertise is in concept design to execution for a wide range of projects. He balances the fusion of art and science of architecture to deliver best-in-class design with flair, working on a variety of projects from a chair design to the regional master plan.
He is known for his exceptional attention to details and delivering high standards of finish and quality to every project. His strength lies in his ability to be involved from scratch in the project: from concept and planning to the design detailing, coordinating and execution, specializing in the handling of large scale township projects. With unorthodox ideations, he generates genuine value for the firm as he goes on to work seamlessly with other team members.

Associate Architect- Parimal Murdale
Parimal Murdale, specializes in creating standout structures combining elements of aesthetics & efficient functionality. Under his guidance, the firm has transformed many value propositions into experiences from commercial &high end residential interiors to large scale architectural projects. He has a work experience of 5 years with a great understanding of the field. As a Team Leader, he articulates the vision and mission & is the driving force & inspiration behind the firm.
He has been a pioneer of digitalization of systems like drafting, presentation and site communication. Last five years, he has handled multiple projects for various sectors.
Interior Consultant- Jalena Radelj Bokarica
Technically Sophisticated and highly creative Design Engineer and Architect with 16 years of hands on experience both supporting and leading architectural projects, including taking a pivotal role in multiple reconstruction initiatives.
She is a creative interior design professional with a genuine passion towards achieving unique creations aligned to customer needs and specifications.
Jalena Radelj Bokarica
Prachi Powar
Planning Consultant- Prachi Powar
Prachi Pawar has over 15 years of working experience in Design Management and execution mainly comprising of residential and commercial projects along with Institutional and landscape design projects. Recently completed Masters of Urban and Rural Planning (MURP) from I.I.T. Roorkee in June 2017, she expertises in it and is efficient in carrying through projects from Design to Execution.
She helps unitecture to bring in the planning vocabulary into the architectural detailing of the project. She also brings in her expertise to apply the theory of built mass study into our architecture.
Administrative Head- Kishor Nivdekar
With a working experience of 15 years, from being a Technical services Consultant, to Service Engineer to currently working as the Administrative Head in Unitecture Design Solutions. He handles the day to day operations of the firm and manage the financial needs of the firm.
