UNITECTURE is a design consultancy firm with offices at Pune , Kolhapur and Mumbai specialized in architecture and planning . We have an extensive background and international award winning projects portfolio in commercial, residential, institutional, hospitality design and planning through the experience of its partners.

We believe architecture is process of evolution . We can bring more to the building along with aesthetics and the form . The process at UNITECTURE is based on the research of region, user and use of the built environment . The various evolution methodologies adopted to enhance the cultural and artistic values of the region in a modern way using the regional construction material to create a sustainable architecture.

Our Fantastic Team

Sheel Powar registered through the council of Architecture in India has multiple years of experience at an international level. After completion of graduation from Shivaji University with the rank, he studied further in experimentation and technology from The Royal Danish Academy of Arts, Copenhagen, Denmark and Masters in urban design from Domus Academy, Milan, Italy. Sheel has worked on variety of projects from a chair design to the regional master plan.

Sheel brings his expertise in design from his global experience and knowledge of built environment. He enjoys design process as a product evolved from Macro thinking to micro detailing. He has successfully completed national and international competitions for which he has received a few awards. Currently he is working on many projects in India. He is associated with a few large scale infrastructure projects. Sheel is a visiting faculty at graduate and post graduate level.
Before returning to India, Sheel has worked in the UK, Italy, Denmark for seven years. He has worked with SNK( India), PLOT( Denmark), Land( Italy), LSH(UK) and Mott MacDonald(India) before starting his own practice.
